    Bizarre. I asked first if they invested in fossil fuels. After a little research, they told me "No". So i asked about accounts, said i had a term deposit. They "printed out some information" for me to take home and look This proved to be a sort of 4 page magazine for a branch in a place called Mount Eliza!! I returned to the branch to ask what that was about .I was calm. - The lady behind the counter didnt want to hear a word i said. Interrupted me every time i attempted speech. They probably mean well but its odd they dont want to give any information about products and services to new customers - but hand out irrelavent stuff instead. Bizarre.
