  I took in a picture of fresh flowers for the top of a Birthday cake. The ladies supplied and packaged exactly how the picture look, texted me when it was ready for pick up and followed up to see if I was happy. Over and beyond with customer service. Thanks ladies

  However the verbal abuse that we received when we tried to bring it to their attention was just shocking. It is incredible to think that people who treat their customers so poorly would still be in business.

  I wanted a gift for my Dad for Fathers Day but couldn't find anyone who would deliver over the weekend. I phoned this florist who went out of their way to make up a basket of chocolates, wafers and ginger for him, which were the things he particularly likes. It was delivered to the aged hostel in Richmond and my dad, who is 94, was over the moon with the gift. I received fantastic service from this florist at a reasonable price and am very grateful to them that they made an old man very happy on Father's Day.

  The flowers were a gift to a family member who had just had emergency surgery. When the flowers eventually arrived they were old and wilting.
