  I should be giving half or no stars. They got my order wrong twice, the first was when I ordered my meal with a zinger and they put down an original, so I got that fixed before I got my order, the reason I looked was because 2 customers before me had the same issue. Then when I got my order I didn't get my chips. To top it off I went to ask for my chips and every staff member ignored me. They looked at me and walked away. I'm not one to complain but this was too much. The past four times I have been there, my order was wrong my chips were old and the staff is rude. You guys need to change or you will lose customers. I will be writing this to KFC on their website as well.

  I can't complain too much about the service except that the staff don't ever seem that enthusiastic. Especially when I change my order from a small to a large it seems to be more annoying for them than good. Having worked in a fast food industry for almost 10 years I know that this is not an inconvenience so they should at least be a bit more positive if it means more money coming their way. Other than the occasional downer staff member the restaurant is usually in great order, it's usually quite clean and the service is fast. 7/10

  Shame on you, KFC, I get my once-a-year birthday treat, get home, we open the two boxes - and one had the correct three pieces, while the other box had only two pieces of chicken. You stole one piece of my chicken! I was shattered. It can't be that hard to count to three. The bits we had were lovely, but I still mourn my missing piece.
