    I had an inspection for a property, I had let them know I was driving over an hour to get to Richmond, when I arrived I was informed that my inspection had been cancelled as they'd accepted a tenant.

    The inspection was at 9.45am and I had received the text at 9.28am. When it reminded them I had driven so long they were barely apologetic and instead shifted blame to others.

    Friendly and amazing team. Mel on the front counter is always happy to go above and beyond and help in any was she can. Would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to rent or purchase a poperty.
