  Disgraceful. Put my bike in for a full service before heading south to mt stromlo, first ride the next day and realise something isn't right. Bike isn't shifting smoothly like is was when I took it in. Squeaking all over, find grease points have no grease after I was told it would be greased. Rear derailleur hanger was apparently loose when I took it to them, went to slightly align my derailleur after a solid week of riding 30kms every day to find the pivot bolt for the derailleur was threaded and had the head partially snapped off and held in with a lot of force! Go to undo to let tension out and snap. Head of the bolt snapped cleanly. Not returning. And also losing parts for my bike and not telling me until the last minute!! Not happy.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years due to their extensive range, highly competitive pricing, product knowledge, workshop expertise, but most of all their high level of customer service, where nothing ever seems to be a problem.
