  Have to say - their chips - I could happily have a bowl of those smothered in their mushroom sauce, especially on a cool/cold/wet day. Staff were efficient, attentive and friendly, but not overly so. Just the right combination of good service and letting customers get on with spending time eating, drinking and chatting without staff interrupting the flow of your afternoon.

  I would have gone 4 stars but there are no disabled toilets and no way for a wheelchair or walker frame to get into the ladies toilets.

  Nice hotel. Airy beer garden. Bistro looks good but didn't eat there.

  Food was pretty good (we had the specials) and was pretty quick in being ready. Everything could have done with a little seasoning & salt on the chips - but heaps of other places serve their chips with no salt too, so it could be some "healthy" fad that's the latest craze.

  A nice hotel with a decent selection of food at the bistro. More on the pricey side. I had a chicken schnitzel which you can't go wrong with. My only complaint is that when I went to order my food, my half full drink was taken away from my table (by a cleaner) and when I came back I was left wondering what happened to my drink!
