  Don't expect a smile. By far the rudest people I've had to deal with. When I ask for a receipt I'm meet with a sigh and a roll of the eyes. Maybe find a job that doesn't require human interaction!!!

  Waited in line for 20 minutes, was told I couldn't collect my parcel because my licence is in my married name and parcel was in my maiden name. Advised to come back with passport and wedding certificate. Came back with all documents; waited 20 minutes again, and was told I could not collect the parcel, despite providing passport, wedding certificate, credit cards, and Medicare cards. Service by manager was rude and did not fain any concern for my predicament.
