My boyfriend was asking information about a watch displayed in store and they had no information about it, then why put it on display? He asked/called several times about the watch and all he got was a lady telling him the wrong model when it was clearly labelled on the back of the watch what model it was. I also ordered a tablet not long ago and I was told it would be delivered last FRIDAY. I called in yesterday to double check and I had someone tell me it was in stock in store, then another person told me there's none, they said they would call me back but they didn't... so I called in today and told me that I have to wait another week for the tablet. I completely understand it takes time to re-stock devices, the only thing wrong was NO ONE was contacting me and telling me know about the re-stocking issue. I normally don't give bad reviews but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
