    I have had a couple of positive experiences in the store. But I would like to note one particular person. There is a young staff member there (I didn't catch his name) but he is very kind and understanding when there is an issue. I hope that his manager knows what a good staff member he is! :)

    Haven't really had an issue with optus in richmond marketplace. Went in to see if my phone can be repaired and they were great help. Proffessional and friendly

    Absolutely very bad customer service, no help , no caring do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

    The new manager is absolutely rude. She should as a manager know how to handle customers and their queries but instead she was just an arrogant cow. The staff however were brilliant and went to the ends of the earth to help me so five stars for the staff and one star for the manager.
